CARMEN LENARDUZZI
Clinical Body Worker
Carmen is currently completing her education at West Coast College of Massage Therapy, working toward becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. With a lifelong background in sports and a strong interest in health and wellness, she is passionate about helping patients feel their best through hands-on treatment and individualized care.
Her approach as a body worker focuses on relieving muscular tension, improving movement, and supporting recovery from the physical stresses of work, exercise, and everyday life. Carmen enjoys working with patients experiencing general aches and pains, overuse discomfort, stiffness, and stress-related tension. She aims to create treatments that are both effective and relaxing while adapting each session to the patient’s goals and comfort level.
Through her own experiences with athletic injuries and recovery, Carmen has developed a strong appreciation for body awareness, rehabilitation, and preventative care. She also has an extensive background in competitive soccer and pickleball, which further informs her understanding of athletic performance and recovery. She is committed to continuing her education and developing her clinical skills as she progresses toward becoming an RMT.
Outside of the clinic, Carmen enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle that supports both physical and mental well-being.
